The total area of customs supervision yard is 58 thousand square meters, of which container yard area is 28 thousand square meters to meet the maximum storage of 2544TEU simultaneously ; the devanning and LCL operation area is about 5000 square meters to meet the work conditions of bulk cargo’s loading and unloading, warehousing, devanning, rectification, packaging replacement, container replacement and packaging reinforcement ; with 3000 square meters of imported vehicles parking yard as well as two vehicle Inspection&Testing lines ;with about 1000 square meters of reefer containers stacks field as well as inspection facilities which can support 100 containers charging simultaneously.

In June 2016,Chengdu Railyway Port was qualified as “an designated port for cars import “ and formally launched cars parallel-import business. Now, the port has 3000 square meters parking yard for imported vehicles, 3000 square meters area for inspection and quarantine as well as two special car testing lines which can detect 20 units every day .The specific yard of imported vehicles is divided into temporary storage area, inspection area and temporary buckle area, with the capacity of 120 vehicles. With zero damage rate, 96 vehicles were imported in 2016,brands including BMW, Land Rover, Bentley and so on.
